Regina Sarabia, LCSW

I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals heal from relational and attachment wounds. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people through the process of breaking free from painful patterns and rediscovering their strength, self-worth, and sense of peace.

My approach is both compassionate and collaborative, grounded in the belief that while your past may shape you, it doesn’t have to define your future. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and begin building a new foundation, one that supports emotional safety, healthy relationships, and authentic self-connection.

Healing isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about reclaiming your power in the present and allowing yourself to envision a future that feels whole and aligned. Whether you’re recovering from heartbreak, navigating family dynamics, or confronting old wounds that still ache, our work will focus on helping you move from pain toward purpose, from survival toward growth.

In my practice, I provide a culturally humble and LGBTQ+ affirming space where every part of your story is honored. I believe that healing happens in connection; with yourself, with others, and within a supportive therapeutic relationship.

If you’ve reached a point where you’re ready to say, “enough is enough,” I’m here to walk beside you. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can begin the journey from crisis to clarity and help you create a life that truly nourishes you.

Joelle James, LMSW

A Licensed Social Worker with a quarter-century of Nonprofit Expertise in the Greater New York City Area.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, members of the LGBTQIA+ communities, and descendants of the diaspora. I work to build a container of trust that is non-judgmental, safe, and empathetic; this allows my clients the space to divulge what is most important to them. Working together, we will cultivate an environment primed for curiosity and growth. Working with me will not consist of  "blank stares and head-nodding" I ask thought-provoking questions, provide feedback and our sessions will feel like an ongoing conversation. If you want to take a deep dive into your past to make connections to who you are today, I 'm the therapist for you!
Through the use of individual, groups, or couples therapy, I provide an Integrative and Relational Psychodynamic approach to my client’s as they navigate life and the challenges we can all be presented with, focusing on the primary reason they have sought therapy. My approach will often utilize narrative, person-focused, family-systems, relational, and CBT as I find these models most effective in unpacking the complexities of human beings. I am committed to assisting my clients through learning and processing meaningful events that make up who they are. Every person comes to therapy for a unique reason; supporting them comprehensively and appropriately is tantamount to healing.

Kimberly K. Lindo, LCSW

Over time I’ve developed this mindset-- A great therapist will not give you the answers, but empower you to realize the answers existed within you the whole time. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals, families, and groups. Therapy is not one-size-fits all. As a clinician, I will tailor our sessions to emphasize who you are, where you’ve been, and where you plan on going. My style is integrative and faith-based. I generally use psychodynamic, CBT and family systems with active listening to ask the questions that allow you to thoughtfully process trauma, life patterns and break unhealthy cycles. Working with me you will have an accountability partner, a motivator and mirror. I specialize in teaching you how to cope better, challenge negative behaviors and thoughts and improve your view of the world and yourself. Through guided self excavation, you will learn to access tools already within to be a better you.

Working with me, you can expect a balance of comfort, collaboration, comedy and challenge. Whatever your reason for entering therapy, I commend you for taking the step. You always dress for the job you want, so let’s get you dressed for the life you want!
